June 19 - Paradise at the Port Live entertainment will include Comedy by Stephanie Troy, Magic by Doctor Dan and Music by Glad to be Alive - FREE BEER - while it lasts! 50/50 Raffle and Door Prizes! Buffet Available - Bring your lawn chairs and dancing shoes! $10 Advance, $15 at the door 5-10pm at Port Canaveral Yacht Club 910 Mullet Rd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920  

June 21 - Father's Day Remember your Dad today! Take him out for a game of golf, go fishing, have lunch, or whatever. Be sure to honor him in some way - and don't forget to say "Thanks for putting up with me when I was growing up!" 

June 25 - Jeannie Day 40th Anniversary Celebration Barbara Eden will be at The Surf restaurant from noon until 2pm. Reminisce with Ray Osbourne, a local author, about our local pop culture and space history. Ray will also be presenting videos and pictures. Free admission, but you'll want to enjoy a terriffic lunch while you're there! The Surf is located at 2 South Atlantic Ave in Cocoa Beach. Go South on A1A then left on Minuteman Cswy. The Surf is on your right.

June 25 - Yellowman Is said to be the next best artist from Jamaica since Bob Marley. Known for his unusual style and sexist lyrics - this survivor was given just 6 months to live, more than 20 years ago!  Experience his flava at the Chilli Pepper Club located at 142 N Atlantic Av in Cocoa Beach 32931. Go South on A1A, left at Minuteman Cswy, Left on Atlantic Ave, then you'll see The Chili Pepper Club on the left just after the Mango Tree restaurant. Tickets are $22.50 in advance or $25 at the door 321-783-8885

 June 26 - Delta IV Rocket is scheduled to blast off at 6:14 pm on Friday A good place to view the launch is anywhere around Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Titusville and their surrounding areas. I like to go to the beach - where it is always relaxing - even if the launch gets delayed!

 July 3 - Port Canaveral Fireworks! Just head to Port Canaveral - there are plenty of locations to view the fireworks. Get there early for dinner at one of the Port's great restaurants, then enjoy the fireworks afterwards! The Fireworks are scheduled to start around 10 pm.

4th of July Fireworks at Sheppard Park - Coca Beach Fireworks usually start around 9 pm. Located at the end of 520. Take 520 and head east you'll run right into the beach. Free parking available at Ron Jon's and The Cocoa Beach Surf Shop.

July 15 - Endaevour Shuttle Launch - Lift Off is now scheduled for Wednesday at 6:03pm. Anywhere in and around Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Titusville and the surrounding areas are great places to view the launch. I like to go to the beach - where it is always relaxing - even if the launch gets delayed!
